This policy explains what personal information Shailesh Trivedi (“we”) collects when you visit shaileshtrivediai.com or buy the ebook, and how it is used. We collect as little as possible.

What we collect

At purchase: your name, email address and phone number, entered on our payment partner’s checkout, so we can deliver the ebook and help you with your order.
Payment details: handled entirely by Gumroad, our payment and delivery partner. We never receive or store card, UPI or bank details.
When you email us: your email address and whatever you write.
Website usage: if analytics or advertising tools are enabled on this site (such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel), they may use cookies to record pages visited and whether a purchase was made, to measure and improve our advertising.

How we use it

To deliver the ebook and send your download link.
To answer your questions and resolve problems with your order.
To send you updates about the ebook, and occasional related offers, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
To keep records required by law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services we need to run the business: Gumroad (payment and delivery), our email provider, and, if enabled, analytics and advertising providers. Each processes it under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to support your purchase and meet legal and tax obligations, and delete other information when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to marketing emails, by writing to shaileshtrivedi18@gmail.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
