Refund & cancellation

This policy applies to purchases of 50 Businesses You Can Build With AI — No Coding Required, a digital product delivered instantly as a downloadable PDF.

Cancellation

Because the ebook is delivered immediately after payment, an order cannot be cancelled once payment is complete. Purchases are processed by Gumroad, and any refund is issued back to the original payment method through Gumroad.

Refunds

As a digital product that cannot be returned, the ebook is generally not refundable once it has been delivered. We will give a full refund in these cases:

• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Not delivered: your payment succeeded but you did not receive the ebook, and we could not deliver it within 48 hours of your email to us.
• Faulty file: the file is corrupted or will not open, and we could not send you a working copy within 48 hours of your email to us.

How to request a refund

Email shaileshtrivedi18@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, with the email address used at checkout, your payment reference number and a short description of the problem.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the money can take a further few working days to appear in your account.
