These terms apply when you use shaileshtrivediai.com or buy 50 Businesses You Can Build With AI — No Coding Required (“the ebook”). The seller is Shailesh Trivedi, an individual based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India (“we”, “us”). By buying the ebook you agree to these terms.

1. The product

The ebook is a digital product: a downloadable PDF file. No physical item is shipped. What the ebook contains is described on the sales page.

2. Price and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the amount you pay at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (such as Razorpay or Instamojo). We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We may change prices at any time; a change does not affect an order already paid for.

3. Delivery

Payment and delivery are handled by Gumroad. After successful payment the ebook is available to download from Gumroad straight away, and a copy of the link is emailed to you. See our Shipping & delivery policy.

4. Your licence to use the ebook

When you buy the ebook, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use it for your own purposes. You may print the workbook pages for your own use. You may not copy, share, resell, upload, publish or distribute the ebook or any part of it, in any form, without our written permission, except for short quotations in a review. All content remains the copyright of Shailesh Trivedi.

5. Educational purpose, and no guarantee of results

The ebook is for education only. It is not legal, tax, financial or medical advice. Prices in the ebook are market ranges gathered in 2026 and describe what the market pays, not what you will earn. The worked examples are illustrations of a method, not stories of real people. We do not promise any income, earnings or business result. Your results depend on your own effort, your market and many factors outside our control.

6. Third-party tools

The ebook mentions third-party tools and services. We are not affiliated with them and they do not endorse the ebook. Their features, plans and prices change; check their current terms before you pay for them.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & cancellation policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the ebook is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the ebook.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
